Nonwoven - Flat Bonded

YardTek Pro is a spunbond non woven fabric used as a geotextile (drainage & stabilization) fabric and as a landscape (weed control ) fabric


Flat Bond (YardTek pro) is made of a continuous monofilament made of a medium denier (size) fibers in much the same process as Point-bond fabrics except the yarn size is larger and the fibers are bonded at every- cross-over point


This fabric construction process provides extra strength that is extremely effective in preventing rips, tears and punctures. However the use of larger yarns in the manufacturing process makes this fabric less effective for blocking sunlight.


Ounce for ounce Flat-Bond fabrics will have more tensile strength and durability due to the larger fibers than Point-Bond.
